Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 18:4
The scriptures are clear that children, like adults, live life before the presence of God. We believe that they should be given all the instruction and encouragement that their respective ages will allow. Because of this, Berean tries to make children aware of God’s call upon their lives, the necessity of their response, and the joy of life in Christ. Since Christ commended the humility of child-like faith, we should encourage it within them as well.
Children Sunday School Class
The purpose of our Sunday School is to provide assistance and direction in the lives of children and for them to be able to make a wise decision to follow Jesus Christ. We offer classes in age ranges from Preschool through 6th grade. We are blessed with compassionate teachers who teach in such a way as to lead by example. We believe in practical Christian living, being doers of the Word, not hearers only. Please join us every Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. in the Christian Education section of our Fellowship Hall.
Children Beginner’s Church
Our Beginner’s Church meets concurrently with the Sunday morning worship, we consider this ministry to be an extension of the church service. We are not a baby sitting time but a time of training that tries to establish patterns of worship within our youngest attenders.

We meet every 2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month at 11:00 a.m. in the Christian Education section of our Fellowship Hall for children in grades 1st through 6th.
